Beth Hoffman is a Senior Software Engineer at IBM in Rochester, MN where she has worked for over 15 years.  For many years she led the design and development of key middleware products on i5/OS.  Today she is a technical consultant working with iSeries ISVs who are modernizing their applications with new technologies.  Beth is a well-known speaker and author in the industry.  Her recent technology focus areas are business integrations and application globalization.
